At Kingsley Hills, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help and will always aim to find a fair solution.

Returns Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions: the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition; all original tags and packaging must be intact; and the return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@kingsleyhills.com with your order number and reason for return.

Discounted & Final Sale Items
Items purchased at a discount, during promotions, or marked as final sale are not eligible for a prepaid return label. These items may still be eligible for a return or alternative solution, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis via email.

Prepaid Return Shipping
For full-price items (not discounted and not final sale), a prepaid return shipping label may be provided after approval. Return shipping arrangements are handled individually and discussed directly with our support team. Please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@kingsleyhills.com. We will assist you and offer the best available option.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for items marked as final sale, items showing signs of wear or use, or items returned without prior approval.
